I need to learn the splits in 12 days!!!!!!!! help!!! B.A 10 points?
4 inches isnt really that close, but if you want to get it over time working it to much in one day probably wont be to great. I dont think 12 days is enough time, just like anything with exercises time is needed. The best way to improve flexibility, is to stretch to warm up. THen get your muscles warm, running or w/e and playing a sport or practice for your talent show. Then stretch after that again, and you will go down easier, and hold it there for longer times. THey say not to bounce, but I've been a gymnast for ten years and always bounced to increase flexibility.
