Lower right abdomen pressure?

i had experienced something similar around 2 years ago..i didnt think it was anything until i layed in my room for 3 days in serious pain..so i went to the E.R and they did emergency surgery to take my appendix out.and also found 4 cysts on my ovaries..u might wanna go get it checked out..if it is your appendix get to the doctor before they rupture..cause thats very dangerous.
