Postage calculator for webstore?

I have a retail webstore, But I need a postage calculator that will calculate by weight and zip code as a person orders a product. I know if I use Amazon.com 's products it calculates it for me, however I have my own from a drop shipper, and will post their product on Amazon.com. Like a shopping cart provider.
