A dentist for my roomie?

My rommie was adopted and moved to the us when she was a yr old. Due to lack of health care she is now 27 yrs later facing major teeth problems. She is loosing her teeth due to them being so brittle and her dentist told her she needs veneers that would cost 9,000 just for 8 of her front teeth. Does anyone know a dentist that would do it for less or free and use her before and after for promo?
