I want my ears pinned back.?

I am 17 and I have had sticky out ears all my life! I think it's time to have something done about it! I have been teased for years but I don't care about that cos im used to having the micky taken outta me :) I have to wear my hair down all the time and I hate it I prefer it up in a bobble but my ears look AWFUL!! I want to know how much it is to have it done or if I can get it done free with the NHS cos im only 17? Im not scared about the pain or nothing cos soon im gonna have an operation on my nose to have polyps removed :)
