Who is the better QB out of these two (college)?

BOTH have problems with consistancy, but at the moment Locker simply because of his ability to maintain composure, Pryor, in my opinion actually has much more athletic ability all over the spectrum and their talent is on equal levels, but remember that Pryor is only a sopre. Locker has seen a lot of fire power and usually manages to perform well despite his defenses performance, so ill give him number one in this one
