How do I lose weight?

Your off to a great start. Cardio is a great way to help loose weight. Eliminate refined foods and you will loose even more weight. Try to limit white breads, "enriched" "bleached" "processed" "partially hydrogenated" foods. Aim for whole wheat items, fresh leafy vegetables and fruits. Always pair your carbs or starches with protein. Trust me, you will loose weight. I lost over 40 lbs in less than 5 months from doing cardio and eliminating processed foods. You would be surprised of the "hidden" garbage that is in foods we think are "healthy"!
