Serious problems, Help please! :(?

I am 16 years old and i have serious problems down below!!! My is 2.7" floppy and 4.5" erect, is that okay? :( because it seems very small. Also i have foreskin completely covering my , is that normal? I personally think i have problems, i feel like i have a babys and i feel so small and freakish.. i want help!
