What should i sing for my american idol audition?

i am auditioning this friday and i need three songs at least. I am definitely doing a part of "something's got a hold on me" by etta james/christina aguilera. i have more of a soulful sound...i'm going for the "little girl with the big voice" look. i have a decent range. what type of songs would be good? i was also thinking of lady gaga's speechless or songs by alicia keys.
